I encounter the error when the software update checking.
error message as below:

At one point I was able to download videos straight from their website with the 4k video downloader, but they've changed it up, and it is no longer working.
Please make sure, that when a message comes, this video is not supportet, that this Video or site per one click button is addet to supported sites / videos. Thank You
I have used the program for a while. Recently it stopped working and no longer downloads. I get "Error: can't download" or just error. Same issue with Vimeo and Youtube. I recently paid for the upgrade thinking that would fix it, with no luck.
Just want to say 'thank you' for the very fast response in fixing the recent problem with Instragram and 4K Stogram. There were at least two separate issues, I think, but I saw today that the general Linux version had again incremented ... tried...
