4k cannot download a vid

Tried to download this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ixdp35Zpy7s And the program said it could not do it and to leave feedback. I was actually going to use the feature to extract the MP3 from it, but it never got that far. THX!

Slideshow Maker 1.61.938 crashes on Windows 10 Pro version 1703 on Preview or Make Slideshow. Compatibility tweaks don't help.

Only audio from vid was downloaded, screen is black

Please add an option to download subtitles only, don't include video, audio in it.

I already downloaded a video. I just want to download subtitle, only. There is no such option on site.

Opaque error message.

I was getting an non descriptive error when trying to download one of my playlists. The problem was that the playlist was not public. This seems fairly simple to fix.

Downloaded about 20 cgi videos from YouTube, then suddenly it kept saying "can't download", regardless of what YouTube video I tried. Uninstalled and reinstalled the program; no change. On another of my computers it works fine! Both running Win10,
