Update did not solve the problem...hung on download and Pause Download does not work.

Fix it. How is that for a concise idea.

the new update succeed to download some pictures and kept spening and dosent download the rest and when i open instagram site through windows browser the site say failed to load

the latest version can be download the posts for awhile only,then it keep loading again,hope that 4k developer find a solution asap

It can be used but still got loading problem after used for awhile..is it all users face this problem?

When ur all so angry because the app is not working, why not make ur own app.

The program says Actualizing but actually it don't download anything, it is happening to me for 1 or 2 weeks

4K Stogram Doesn't work

It doesn't work on latest version(2.6.12.1567). And It looks like my account has been blocked from Instagram due to the use of 4K Stogram. I changed my password and tried to sign in on browser but It won't let me.

We need a way to sort errored users.

If an Instagram account gets deleted, 4k Stogram puts a red exclamation point next to the account. If a user follows a lot of accounts in 4k Stogram, it's impossible to find uses that have deleted accounts. There is no way to sort in 4k Stogram....

Installation error 4.4.7

When installing version 4.4.7 the installer gives the error "cannot find a temporary file, needed for the installation" and the installation is automatically aborted. When rolling back to version 4.4.6 it installs without problems. Seems like...

4k mkv format files are not identified by windows properly.

There are so many Youtube video that suddenly can't be parsed

I tried so many random videos, most of them aren't downloadable, always getting error massage "Can't parse this link". Even the video link that i just downloaded last week now can't be downloaded either.

Can't download 4k in mp4 anymore.

I used to be able to download 4k Youtube videos in mp4 format using 4k video downloader and I loved it. However, I can only download 4k videos in mkv nowadays. And it takes up much more storage in my computer than the mp4 format. Has 4k in mp4...

Please make conversion in 4k video downloader use GPU for those users that have one.
